My favourite postpartum recipes

Here is a collection of my favorite recipes for a new mum or family.

anything warm, nourishing and healthy is great for the postpartum period. Think soups, broths, casseroles and stews. Also great to meal prep and freeze in pregnancy so the freezer is stocked up for when baby is here and your hands are tied.

Enjoy!
