Perfect for post C-section with the high waist, they are so comfortable and I have personally used these postpartum and they are the best.
You can use these as undies with a maternity pad for extra security in the first week, or on their own when your bleeding has eased up during week 2-6. Your should NOT use tampons and cups after birth.

I highly recommend reusable period undies and cloth pads over disposable depend nappies and maternity pads, for two main reasons.
COMFORT. Ohmy gosh the difference is huge. I had one baby with disposable hygiene products and 1 with 100% reusable products and I will never go back to disposable. It is sooo soft and comfy on your sore bits and breathable. The washing is not that bad, honestly.
EARTH. Yep think of the environment.. You will be bleeding a bit after birth, no matter how you birth. Bleeding is normal and part of postpartum so you will go through a bit of pads/undies/nappies. The impact on the environment is huge and you will be adding many many many many items to landfill.
Care Instructions
It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.
